Chickpea and Egg Salad

I am totally obsessed with Chickpeas, so I can have it any form whether it is raw, boil or curried. Today i have this delicious salad in my lunch time, which is high in protein and totally fulfilling. Moreover if  you are a weight watchers then do try this delicious salad.   

Ingredients :

  • Boil Chickpeas – 1 cup
  • Boil potatoes – 1 cubed
  • Hardboil Egg – 1 slice
  • Cucumber – 1 dice
  • Onion – 2 tbsp chopped
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Red chili – 1 chopped (optional)
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Chat masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt a small pinch

Procedure :

1. Take a large bowl and put all the ingredients (except egg) one by one, then toss it well.

2. After that add the slice egg and  enjoy.
