Leftover Roti Noodles or Chapati Noodles

Worried about your leftover Roti’s, now you don’t have to worry about it. So today I am going to share a quick solution out of these leftover roti’s, which is tasty as well as kids friendly also.

Ingredients :

  • Roti (leftover) – 4 nos
  • Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
  • Onion  – 1 small (slice)
  • Cabbage – 1/4 cup (shredded)
  • Carrot – 1 small (julienne)
  • Capsicum – 1/4 thinly slice
  • Green Chili – 2
  • Tomato ketchup  – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Spring onion – 1/4 cup
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Procedure :

1. Roll the roti’s and then cut it into thin strips, keep it aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic and sauté for 30 sec. Next add the slice onion and green chili, give it a quick stir.

3. Now add the carrot, cabbage and capsicum. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add the soya sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Mix it well.

4. Add the Roti strips now, season with salt and black pepper. Toss well. Lastly finish it adding spring onion and then serve it in a bowl and enjoy hot.
