Chickpea is also known as garbanzo bean, which contains high amount of protein. For the health conscious, can easily have this tasty salad.
- Boil chickpea – 1 cup
- Carrot – 1/4 cup (grated)
- Onion – 1/4 cup ( chopped)
- Cucumber – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Tomato – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Lettuce – 1/2 cup (roughly chopped)
- Plain Yogurt – 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder as per taste
- Black salt as per taste
1. In a bowl add all the above mention iteams and mix it properly. Then add the seasoning with yogurt and again mix them up nicely.
2. Chickpea salad is ready to serve. If u like take a lettuce leaves & add a spoon of salad on it, then wrap it and have a bit. You can refregarate it also and have it like cold salad.
